It’s official, the first release of our premium oysters, Eagle Flats, will be at The Roosevelt in Richmond’s historic Church Hill starting this Wednesday! We find it very fitting that the introduction of our premium, locally grown oysters is at one of our favorite restaurants.
Co-owner/Chef Lee Gregory regularly serves up a tasty set of southern awesomeness at this neighborhood hot spot. Chef Gregory and Co-owner Kendra Feather have teamed up to create a charming setting that feels tightly woven into the fabric of the eclectic Church Hill neighborhood. And for those of you living in RVA who haven’t visited The Roosevelt yet, they won Style Weekly’s 2012 Restaurant of the Year along with countless other accolades.
